Billy is a fictional character from the Saw horror franchise. He is a puppet used by the Jigsaw Killer, John Kramer, to deliver messages to his victims.
Billy first appears in the short film Saw (2003), which served as the basis for the feature-length film Saw (2004). Throughout the series, Billy is shown on video screens or wheeled into a room to present victims with their "games" and the rules they must follow to survive.
The puppet is recognizable by his white face, red eyes, spiral cheeks, and formal attire. He is often seen riding a red tricycle. Although not directly involved in the traps, Billy has become a symbol of the Saw franchise and a recognizable figure in the horror genre.
